Highly collectible series of trays designed by Gaetano Pesce for his Fish Design collection. Unlike the flexible soft resin used for Pesces vases, these trays are hand poured using a hard formulation of resin giving them a sturdy and rigid structure. Each piece is made colored pigments with soft rounded corners and slightly raised borders by Corsi Design studio in Italy and no two are exactly alike. These trays are widely known for their striking color combinations in a high gloss finish that catches the light like stained glass making them sought after functional art pieces for coffee tables, entryways and shelves.

Approx. 8.3" x 8.3"

Made of inedible polyurethane-based resin and does not release any toxic substances into the environment.
All pieces are handmade and therefore unique. Bubbles and imperfections are part of the uniqueness of the pieces.
Dimensions, shades and color distribution may vary from piece to piece. Continuous and direct exposure to UV rays can alter the surface and the color appearance of the pieces. Avoid proximity to heat sources above 40°C/105°F.
Soft resin products become opaque over time, due to the contact with hands, light and heat. For cleaning, we recommend the use of a soft cloth with mild soap or neutral liquid detergents that do not exceed 5% alcohol. Not dishwasher safe.

Fish Design by Gaetano Pesce

Created by Italian architect and designer Gaetano Pesce in the late 1990s and to this day all the works are handmade in Italy by Corsi Design studio headed by Andrea Corsi. Coming Soon is the only North American distributor of this studio collection and each piece is given its proper certification from Milan.
Gaetano Pesce pioneered the use of bold colored resin to make flexible and tactile translucent forms. Each piece is hand cast so no two forms are identical. The studio works range from the iconic sculptural vase shapes to the hard resin clocks and tables.
