Coming Soon Return/Exchanges Policy
Returns are accepted for new and unused merchandise with its original packaging for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receipt for orders placed in-store or the date of delivered shipment for online orders. Furniture and sale items are final sale and sold as-is. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with the original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that the items are well packed. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are sold as-is and final sale. No refunds or store credit are available for the return of items marked down on our website.
Please note all furniture sales are final and no returns or exchanges are accepted since they are unique one of a kind pieces. Furniture related delivery costs are exempt from all refunds as well.
Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 days of receipt of order placed in-store or the date of delivered shipment for online orders.
Online orders may be returned in person at our Coming Soon store within 14 days of the date of delivered shipment during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your item/s for something new.

Coming Soon Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations can be made within 48 hours of purchase if the order has not been shipped. All cancellations incur a 3% restocking fee. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you receive any damaged items, please take photos of the damaged item/s and all packaging materials including the box/parcel. Please forward photos as soon as the item/s are received to email@example.com and hold on to the package and all its materials as they may be required for inspection by postal couriers.
Coming Soon Shipping Policy
Packing and shipping for orders domestic and international are fulfilled in-house by Coming Soon. Options of shipping providers and rates will be provided according to package size, weight, and final destination.
Our processing time before an order is shipped is usually between 3-5 business days. Our shipping policy states that the shipping time frames presented at checkout are representative of transit time and do not account for the time it takes us to pack and ship out orders. Delivery time estimates are based on the assumption that products are in stock at location at the time of order. Though a rare occurrence, expected product shipments from our vendors can become delayed, resulting in a delay in our inventory.
We send out orders in the order that they are received however we are able to accommodate a rush if you reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org after placing your order and we can make a note with our team to try get your order out to you as soon as possible.
For furniture, shipping rates are not accurately quoted at checkout. Please email email@example.com or call the store for an accurate delivery quote.
For international orders, we ship worldwide with DHL Express Worldwide. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists for goods imported into the destination country. Payments of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. By opting out of Route package protection at checkout, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Coming Soon In-Store Pick Up Policy
Free In-Store Pick Up is an option available at the time of checkout. Pick-up orders are fulfilled at the store. If selected, orders can be pick up anytime during store hours assuming product availability. Once the order is received, our team will package up the order and you will recieve an email notification when the order is ready to collect. Depending on whether we have the item available at our store or if we need it to be shipped from our warehouse, it may take up to a few days for the order to be ready for collection. If you wish to place an in-store pick up order and collect within the same business day, please call us ahead and we can confirm we have it available in our store.
Coming Soon Storage Policy
After purchases of furniture (including lighting, mirrors, and rugs) are made online or in store we can hold items for up to 1 week before we begin charging a daily storage fee. A fee of 10% of retail value per day will be required upon pick up of your items.
