Where are your shops located?

Our store is located at the corner of Canal St and Orchard St in the Lower East Side of Manhattan - 53 Canal St New York, NY, 10002.

Our showroom, with most of our furniture, is located a block away at 17 Allen St on the 5th Floor. Swing by the shop or give us a ring and we can take you over!

Can I come get my pick-up order the same day I placed it?

In most cases, yes! Please give us a call at (212) 226 4548 if you're in a rush.

Where's my order? Has my order shipped?

You can track your order through the order confirmation email sent to your inbox. If you have any questions about when your order is going to ship, please refer to our policies page or reach out!

Do you offer wedding registries?

First of all... congratulations! We don't have our own registry system but we've had many of our customers use services like Zola that allow you to link our products to your registry!

My order is missing/damaged/stolen, what should I do?

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. By opting out of Route package protection at checkout, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Can I make a return in store?

Yes! Both in-store and online purchases can be returned for store credit within 14 days.

How do I make a return in the mail?

I received a gift from your store but I don't love it... can I exchange it for something else? 

Of course! You can visit the link in the previous question if you know your order number (*hint* it's a 6 digit number in the corner of the shipping label) or reach out to us and we'll help!

Do you have a trade program?

Do you offer rentals?

We offer rentals on our furniture at a rate of 10% of the retail value per day, with a 2-day minimum. Please reach out to for any rental inquiries!

The item I want is out of stock, how can I be notified when you restock?

Sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the website! On the product page, there's a place to submit your email to be notified as soon as we receive the item back.

Do you have a mailing list?

We do! Scroll to the bottom right of this page (or any page on our website) to add your email. We don't send too many and they tend to be funny.
