Our showroom, with most of our furniture, is located a block away at 17 Allen St on the 5th Floor. Swing by the shop or give us a ring and we can take you over!

You can track your order through the order confirmation email sent to your inbox. If you have any questions about when your order is going to ship, please refer to our policies page or reach out!
First of all... congratulations! We don't have our own registry system but we've had many of our customers use services like Zola that allow you to link our products to your registry!
Please report damages immediately to shipping@comingsoonnewyork.com. Damages reported after 7 days from the delivery date will not qualify for replacement. In order to file a claim for damaged orders, carriers require proper documentation including images of the damages, the box (inside/outside), and all supporting materials. Once a claim is filed please allow 7 days for us to receive a resolution from the shipping carrier. Please note Coming Soon is not liable for damages that occur during transit and once packages are handed over to the carrier it is their responsibility for safe handling.
Sometimes carriers mark parcels delivered 2-3 days early by mistake. Please allow 3 business days after your parcel is marked delivered and reach out to us at shipping@comingsoonnewyork.com if it does not arrive. We will ask that you open a missing mail claim with the carrier and share the claim number with us. Please note Coming Soon is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery, please keep a close eye on tracking information as it is sent to your email as soon as the label is created.
Yes! Both in-store and online purchases can be returned for store credit within 14 days.

We offer rentals on our furniture at a rate of 10% of the retail value per day, with a 2-day minimum. Please reach out to talk@comingsoonnewyork.com for any rental inquiries!

We do! Scroll to the bottom right of this page (or any page on our website) to add your email. We don't send too many and they tend to be funny.
